Preparation and Usage


For Thickening: Mix 1 tbsp of potato starch with 2 tbsp of water to create a smooth mix, stir into the dish towards the end of the cooking process, perfect for sauces, gravies, stews, stir-fries & soups.


Frying: For a crispier, lighter coating when frying meat or vegetables, simply replace flour or cornflour with our potato starch.
