Purpose for processing your data:
The Contact Us section of our website allows you to send us a message, ask a question or sign up for our events. It asks you for your name and email address.
This information (your name, email and message) is stored in our fully secure database for no longer than 15 days.
During that 15 day period, we will respond to your query
After we have responded this information is deleted from our database held by our webhost and it is deleted off our email system at Meade Farm.
If you have contacted us in relation to an event sign up, we will keep the information until such a time as the event is over and your information is no longer needed.
If you specifically ask that we retain your information for marketing purposes or in order to fulfill a request you might have, we will do so only until that request has been fulfilled, at which time the information will then be deleted from our email system.
