Blueberries with Greek Yogurt and Granola

Blueberries are thought to be effective in keeping the brain function healthy, but the recommended daily amount of blueberries required to make a difference is 3 servings.

This recipe will help get you started every day with your blueberry consumption.  We have chosen Greek yogurt is a healthier option than traditional yogurts because it is strained, causing it to be lower in sugar and carbohydrates, and higher in protein and calcium.
