Meade Farm Group, an award-winning fresh produce company who operate from their state-of-the-art family farm in Lobinstown, Co. Meath. The company has grown from a single packing store to include 150,000 sq. feet of packing facilities housing numerous state of the art production lines, with over 500,000sq. ft of loading and distribution space, all of which serve to make the journey from farm to fork as efficient as possible.

The role of the Accounts/Admin Assistant is to assist accounts in their daily tasks. You will report to the accounts manager and the directors and management of Meade Farm Group on an ongoing basis.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing delivery dockets.

  • Issuing invoices, credits, statements.

  • Dealing with account queries right through to debt collection.

  • Following up with account issues, payments and credit notes.

  • Assist with invoicing for all customers.

  • Provide cover in all areas of the accounts receivable/payable function.

  • Processing invoices to the purchase ledger.

  • Verifying invoices for prices, quantities, PO’s etc.

  • Dealing with account & invoice queries, liaising with procurement team.

  • Reconciling creditors accounts and statements.

  • Scanning & filing of all invoices.

  • Establish a strong relationship with our suppliers/customers.

  • Provide support to the accounts and commercial team.

  • Assist with front office duties and greeting of visitors.
