How to Thicken Stews and Gravies with Meade Farm Potato Starch

The Meade Farm Potato Starch helps to thicken a stew as it cooks.  Whisk our potato starch in a little cold water to make a paste, then stir into the stew towards the end of the cooking process, once the liquid is hot, for best results.

Don't add dry flour directly to the stew as it may clump!
