250g cooked potato (mashed)
2-3 tbsps Self raising flour ... adjust if needed
2 tbsps Parmesan cheese
Salt, ground pepper
1 pinch Oregano (optional)
1 pinch Parsley (optional)
Mix all the ingredients together.
Shape the mix into balls or patties as you prefer.
Coat them with spray oil.
Place them in the airfryer.
Cook them for 10 minutes at 200°C.
2 minutes into cooking time coat them with egg wash.
Remove and serve.
