JOB VACANCY: RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

Meade Farm Group are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the Company attracts, selects, and integrates the right talent effectively. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinating smooth onboarding experiences, and monitoring induction training programs to help new employees settle quickly and perform successfully.


Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and prepare job descriptions.

  • Screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate assessments.

  • Plan and execute onboarding programs to ensure a smooth new hire experience.

  • Monitor and track completion of induction and mandatory training programs.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, recruitment data, and onboarding documentation.

  • Gather feedback to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Support general HR initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.

  • Experience in the FMCG sector would be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
