Meade Farm Group are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the Company attracts, selects, and integrates the right talent effectively. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinating smooth onboarding experiences, and monitoring induction training programs to help new employees settle quickly and perform successfully.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and prepare job descriptions.
Screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate assessments.
Plan and execute onboarding programs to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
Monitor and track completion of induction and mandatory training programs.
Maintain accurate HR records, recruitment data, and onboarding documentation.
Gather feedback to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
Support general HR initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
Experience in the FMCG sector would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
