Meade Farm Group are recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will provide their expertise to the HR team across all functional areas of recruitment, administration, employee relations, onboarding/ off boarding & performance management.

  • Lead and drive the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring best practice whilst sourcing the highest calibre candidates.

  • Ensure all administration (HR and recruitment) activities such as all data processing and administrative activities are carried out in an effective manner.

  • Conduct Internal Compliance Audits.

  • Attend investigations, pre-disciplinary procedure informal counselling, & Disciplinary Meetings

  • Develop strong employee relations skills.

  • Keep up to date with current and impending employment legislation.

  • Liaise with the management team on employment law issues.

  • Working with senior management to implement strategic HR policies to achieve company goals.

  • Provide advice, coaching, training, and support to Managers across all departments.

  • Maintain confidentiality of information, written or spoken, with regards to all employee matters.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

  • 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in recruitment is essential.

  • CIPD qualified is preferred.

  • Previous payroll experience is required, experience dealing with hourly rates would be an advantage.

  • IPASS qualification is desirable.

  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.

  • Experience using HR information systems would be an advantage.
